AFT offers a range of compression moulded PTFE tube in virgin PTFE and has developed its own “AF” range of filled PTFE compounds, with in-house moulding capability up to 1000mm diameter.
All materials are fully certified and tested.

AFT take great care to ensure that materials are of the highest quality, through careful processing techniques and quality control.

AFT has also developed a range of other Fluoropolymer materials; special grades of filled PEEK have been developed for applications involving wear, for low friction, or for higher temperature requirements. AFT can also offer “Victrex PEEK HT©” in virgin or filled grades.

Other materials include but are not limited to rods or tubes manufactured from FEP, PFA, and PCTFE.

AFT has been machining and fabricating components from PTFE and other Fluoropolymer materials for over 25 years. With extensive experience in producing precision components in all Fluoroplastic materials.
