We are very pleased to share with our valued customers and supply chain the new upgraded premises, based at our head office location in Hertford, London England.
Our purpose designed CNC turning shop, features the latest multi axis and sub spindle lathes from Mazak. The new temperature controlled work area, and inspection room, mean that all our engineered plastic components are machined at optimal temperature, ensuring maximum precision for the finished PTFE and engineering plastic components.
AFT Fluorotec have room for future expansion in the CNC turning shop and additional area for future growth plans.
Our dedicated temperature controlled store room for finished components, materials and tooling mean the finished parts held for customers are held in optimal conditions.
Additional environmentally sound features of the new facility, include heat reclamation and recirculation of waste compressor warm air back into the goods inwards area, reducing the need for additional heating. Modern efficient heating and air conditioning systems in the rest of the facility ensure we are as energy efficient as we can be.
Finally we also have additional and dedicated parking areas for staff and visitors.
