AFT Fluorotec daughter company SW Plastics has received a complete makeover and upgrade to their inspection department for the start of 2013.
SW Plastics has invested in a Mitutoyo Coordinate measuring machine (CMM) and a new Mitutoyo Quickscope optical measuring machine - a camera-based system - which is ideal for accurately checking some of the very small features produced on our sliding head machines, and CNC milling centres.
Our team have received full training from Mitutoyo's UK Vision Specialist.
Our ability to provide high quality plastic components to our customers is further enhanced with these two new investments and these two devices now enable us to fully and accurately check all our products across all the size spectrum
A new paint job, high quality flooring and new PC based weighing and counting scales complete the new look for 2013.
