We fulfil all aspects of your Seals supply chain. If you need a custom seal design, advice on the right fluoropolymer material to use, a new material designed for your particular application or you simply want to order a supply of standard profile seals, we can help.

We specialise in valve seats, backup rings, O-Rings, piston seals, and compressor parts to name just a few seal applications. They are used for high demanding applications in the harshest environments in the world. Where other seals fail, ours continue to perform.

SLIDE BEARINGS TRUSTED IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

AFT Fluorotec has been manufacturing slide bearings for the UK construction industry for many years. We work in close partnership with many structural steel companies, architects and engineers and find ourselves the technical partners for many of these projects when it comes to talking about slide bearings.

We have developed AF115, a reinforced PTFE material specifically designed for slide bearing and skidway applications. This material comprises a unique blend of filler compounds to give optimum compressive strength.

AFT Fluorotec can produce tubes and rods in any size, shape or material type. As well as being able to provide Virgin PTFE we are able to offer glass-filled PTFE and carbon filled PTFE across our tubes and rods range.

We are able to offer virtually any size of tube or rod, from 6mm to 1800mm diameter and in any grade of material you require, as well as being able to supply FDA Approved and USP Class VI approved PTFE tubes.

We have the ability to machine PTFE and PEEK filled grades up to 1800mm, unlike most of our competitors who only have the ability to machine up to 1000mm.
