We are excited to share that we have made a significant investment in a state-of-the-art HAAS VMC 750 machining center. This investment has enabled us to offer full 5-axis plastic milled components to our customers in a shorter lead time, expanding our plastic material milling capabilities and customer benefits significantly.
Improved machining capabilities
Our plastic CNC milling capabilities now include full 3+2 and 5-axis capabilities, with an increased size range of 762mm x 508 x 508 mm XYZ travels. This expansion allows us to offer increased design flexibility and expands our range of milling machines to better support our customers with prototypes and new designs. Our new CAD/CAM system enables us to make fast manufacturing adjustments to model files, decreasing time to production and includes advanced profiling that standard lathes/mills cannot offer.

In addition to improved machining capabilities, the HAAS VMC 750 machining center also offers better machining accuracy and increased turnaround. This dynamic work offset capability offers faster setups, and multiple multi-axis parts can be machined in the same setup.
