Our new Citizen Miyano 42mm machine (BNA-42GTY) has arrived and complements our already large range of fixed and sliding head machines.
The new machine boasts the capability of a sliding headstock with fixed head accuracy. This makes for an exciting new addition to our workshop!
It is packed with new features such as the LFV (Low Frequency Vibration) which eliminates production downtime by chipping the waste without slowing down cutting speeds increasing production and tool life. The machine also has angled live drilling and simultaneous machining capability for productivity and efficiency.
It has its own powerful software package and is also linked to our existing Autodesk CAD package to offer a game-changing software/hardware combination.
In addition to this, we also have a new Tornos CT20 swiss sliding head. This is a duplicate to our existing CT20 and opens up our capacity even further to provide complex components and meet high demands.
